Hearing Instrument Specialist

My name is Kathryn Morris, most of my patients call me Kat. I’m from Alexandria, Louisiana, graduated from Alexandria Senior High and went on to get my Bachelors in Communication Disorders at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I started working in the hearing industry in 2010 shortly after graduation, I knew after the first day that saving hearing lives was my passion. That first day we met a lady who has lived nearly deaf for most of her life , She wanted so badly to hear.. I was able to sign with her and she just lit up, I let her know we would be able to help bring some sound back into her world.. I knew right then, I was home.

What I enjoy most about saving hearing lives is watching my patients eyes light up when they come in for that first fitting and realizing there is HOPE. I want all of my patients to feel like they can express any concerns, worries, joys, etc. with the knowledge that my soul purpose is to make their life better through the ability to hear better.

Outside of work, my world revolves around my little family, my husband Wade and new baby Cooper. We love working on projects around the house, spending time with family and friends.
